As British House TV provides a digital IPTV service, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been successfully activated or delivered. However, we will consider refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Delivered: If you have not received your activation details within the promised timeframe.
  2. Technical Issues: If the service fails to work due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve.
  3. Unauthorized Purchase: If the purchase was made without your authorization, we require proof of unauthorized payment for processing refunds.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds will NOT be granted for issues related to user error, such as:
    • Incorrect device configuration.
    • Using an unsupported device.
    • Poor internet connection or user-side network issues.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7-14 days of the purchase date.
